The Prodap residential land and housing report is unique as Australia's only regular monitor of developer activity using a comprehensive research methodology.
Prodap interviews every developer and land owner in the Gold Coast City Council area to determine their current status of stock held, price range, product type, quarterly sales and planned production for the next 12 months.
Prodap has detailed knowledge of broad hectare land ownership and development potential, and can also advise on alternative choices for large land subdivisions and apartment developments.
Having project managed such large projects, Prodap is able to give hands-on advice as to likely technical constraints as well as market research and forecasts of market demand.
Prodap has a well developed project management system which includes budget preparation, systems control and payment authorisation which ensures that the project budget is not exceeded.
Prodap is headed by
Bill Morris, an experienced civil engineer who understands civil and building construction, and is a registered builder in Queensland. He has managed such projects as Hope Island Resort Stage 1, Forest Hills, Parkwood Heights, Highland Park, and was instrumental in gaining development approval for River Links (Oxenford) and Coomera Waters.
